Work Health & Safety at Navitas
There are policy and
procedure established to maintain the health and safety of its stakeholders at
workplace by:
- Protection against any hazard and promoting
     wellbeing through identification, minimization, and elimination of any
     potential risks arising at workplace.
 - Providing safe and healthy work environment
     through consultation, co-operation, and fair and effective workplace
     representation.
 - Promoting an effective workplace where
     stakeholders can share advice, information, and training about workplace
     health and safety.
 - Providing framework for the continuous
     improvement.
 
This policy and procedure are WHS
requirement under Australian law and Navitas, ensures that this policy and
procedure is applicable to all its stakeholder. Navitas is committed in
providing safe and healthy work environment in accordance to laws and
regulations governing health and safety to its stakeholders. Following are
the policies of Navitas in relation to promoting WHS:
- Providing
     safe environment and system to ensure that all its stakeholders are safe
     from any potential risks associated with hazards at workplace.
 - Providing
     information, training, resources, and supervision about WHS.
 - Navitas have
     WHS management system developed to:
 
o   Maintain and implement safe systems for
work.
o   Undertake risk management activities to
identify, eliminate or minimize potential risks.
o   Provide WHS training, information, and
instruction to all the employees and students.
o   Provide resources to facilitate the
company’s WHS responsibilities.
