 My top 3 transferable skills include:

1. Customer Service Skills: I have worked in a contact centre for over 6 years where i have to deal with customers directly. Through this experience I have acquired some customer service skills to deal with different types of customers.

2. Work Survival Skills: Over the years I have acquired some skills to survive in a workplace. Irrespective of any organisation I have realized to survive in a workplace one needs to have skills like, meeting the KPI, being punctual, strong work ethics, following policies and rules etc. 

3. Team-work Ability: I have experience in working in teams (workplace & university). I have the ability to work in a diverse group.
